A/N: A poem written for my creative writing class. The only restriction was the haiku form.

admire the sunset
a vivid, paint-stained canvas
igniting the sky

peer into the red
close and clean, right from the edge
don't lean too far, now

look straight down, no fence
one thousand feet between you
and a mystery.
