Roses are red

Violets are blue

A kick in the face

Is what I would give you

If you think you can charm me

With dumb poetry

I think you should know

I don't want you with me

That poem was awful

If you try to rhyme

'Lovely' and 'Dovey'

You're wasting my time

Roses and chocolates

And dumb poetry

I'm too smart a girl

For that frippery

So roses are red

But violets are violet

Stop spouting rhymes

AND PLEASE KEEP SILENT!
