I fall down to my knees

My bones are cracking

I fall into the darkness

Unable to catch myself

I'm crushed by the weight of sin

But I'm not giving in

I will make it out alive

It too much for me

It's time to make a retreat

Run away from this world

Trade it for another

Don't mistake this as a defeat

I will be back!

You may have won this battle

This sin is crushing me!

But I'm not giving in!

I know what you're selling

I refuse to buy

It's nothing but lies!

So go on pack your things!

And say goodbye

Because

I am no longer crushed by my sin

And I'll still never give in!

I made it out alive

You had won the battle

But you just lost the war!

-Hey! Yeah so, I really had a bad day today and this is my inspiration! Dark, I know. But hey! We all have days like this and for all you Christians and for all those people who believe in God and sin, we all feel like we are crushed by this weight. So maybe you can relate to this poem maybe not. Who knows?
