A Poem to All Ladies

Dear Ladies,

I may not be the greatest guy around,

But just give me a chance.

After all, I could be what you're looking for.

I do not like football,

I do like somewhat educational shows.

And I'm not embarrassed to say

I still watch cartoons.

I don't play sports,

I am a true thespian at heart.

I love to read novels,

and writing is my passion.

I have been called names

for not being more of a 'true man.'

I have been shunned

Because the Twilight series adorns my bookshelf,

and One Direction adorns my iPod.

I do not think a game must be

rated M to be fun.

Mario rules my console.

Guys call me feminine

Friends call me by name

Girls just don't call me at all

But I know

they can't change me.

So Dear Ladies,

(Wherever you are)

I may not be the greatest guy around.

But give me a chance.
