The sea departs me

in the depths of an abyss;

My hands grope at nothing,

The stale air chokes me.

A pale face

dances in the dark;

A lullaby soothes my mind,

Yet my fears strangle me.

The pale face vanishes,

A gush of water drowns me;

Suffocating, my breathing slows,

I awake in the arms of Azrael.
