"Well lookee what we have here. A solo act, huh?"

[voice 2]

"Please, don't hurt me. Take all my food, take anything just let me go, please."

[voice 1]

"Sure, sure. Though it don't seem like you got much stuff worth takin', pardner."

[voice 2]

"Please, take whatever you want. Just let me go."

[voice 3]

"I say kill 'em. 'Could be infected. We'd really be doin' 'im a favor."

[voice 2]

"No! I'm not. I'm not! I swear."

[voice 1]

"Oh really? And how do we know that for sure?"

[voice 2]

"I swear! I-I I've been tested! I've been cleared by the government!"

[voice 1]

"What? You got papers or sumthing? Naw, I don't trust ya."

[voice 3]

"Just kill 'em already! We gotta get movin' soon if we're gonna make it to D.C. By tomorrow."

[voice 2]

"You can't go to D.C.!"

[voice 1]

"Oh really? And why's that?"

[voice 2]

"The city is full of them. If you go there, you'll die."

[voice 1]

"And where's your proof of that, boy-oh?"

[voice 2]

"We were being shipped to the country. They told us that the less people there were, the safer you were."

[voice 3]

"They. The government. They're the cause of this mess, y'know. I ain't trustin' him, let alone them.

[voice 1]

"Y'know what? (spitting sound) Imma let you go."

[voice 3]

"Really?"

[voice 1]

"Yeah, why waste the bullet? We got bigger fish to fry than this government scum."

[voice 2]

"Thank you! Thank you so much."

[voice 1]

"Ah, ah, ah. First, hand over your supplies."

[voice 2]
"Take it! Take everything, I don't care."

[voice 1]

"Good."

(more rustling sounds)

[voice 1]

"You can keep your voice recorder. That's not gonna be much help to anybody anymore, heh heh heh."

[voice 2]

"Thank you!"

[voice 3]

"Yeah, yeah. Have fun buddy. And don't let us see you again. We'll kill ya."
