A/N: A poem about a girl who got 'backstabbed' by her (now ex) boyfriend.

This did NOT happen to me.

Warning: Dark.

Kill me now.

For the perils of love are too much

You left me lying on the cold ground

Blood stains cover my silk woven clothes

How could've you done something so cruel?

Stealing my heart

And having the intentions

Of breaking it beyond repair

And now I see my blood dripping off your hands

And a sadistic glint in your eyes

A glint that belongs to a murderer

As I take my last breaths,

A laugh echoes around the room

And my heart disintegrates

Into ashes

At your frostbitten feet
