Snow

I was sitting, waiting for something more.

Something clear,

Something to stop me from making a mistake.

Then it came...

Snow.

Falling around me,

Dazzling dancers of white,

Twirling and flipping as I watch in awe.

Before the rain had come to claim my soul.

I couldn't leave or breathe out my words of fault.

Then a chill blew me over in a cold stare.

Chasing me with the lies of care.

But the snow came,

It finally came for me.
