Little White Lies
We'll build ourselves up,
just to break down again.
Well we cannot help
that little lie
that allows us
to smile.
I'll stay broken,
on the inside,
and no one has to ever know.
All my smiles,
on the outside,
are just big fat lies.
What a big surprise.
Well, all these little white lies
help me
survive
Nobody will ever suspect,
and we all do it.
We're just creatures
of the little thing
called habit.
Old habits die
hard.
I'll stay broken,
on the inside,
and no one has to ever know.
All my smiles,
on the outside,
are just big fat lies.
What a big surprise.
Well, all these little white lies
help me
survive
I don't care if I live a lie
(The truth hurts)
As long as it looks like
(image is everything)
I'm living to the fullest
(forever the pessimistic optimist)
Life sucks, then you die
(and then death might suck)
I'll stay broken,
on the inside,
and no one has to ever know.
All my smiles,
on the outside,
are just big fat lies.
What a big surprise.
Well, all these little white lies
help me
survive
All these little white lies
help me survive.
All these little white lies.
(White lies)
