The stars are shattered slivers of memory
From before anyone was alive
But all the felony
Caused the Memories to survive
They would be needed far into the future
So the mistakes wouldn't be made again
We must protect and nurture
The children from any when
For they are our future
As we were before
The children is what we are
And what we will ever be or
else, the end is near
Listen!
Do you hear
The silver chimes ringing
The ravens singing
The silver is worn and torn
The ravens voice, hoarse
But together the saddening sound
Creates a deathly chorus.
Unite, or we will be gone
Be it by war or scorn
Why do fight between each other?
Friend against friend, brother against brother
Why does war exist? To tear us apart?
Do the cries of the innocent not touch the soldiers frozen hearts?
The dead cannot cry out for the help they were denied.
Which is why
We bring Justice to them and their unspoken cries
End the wars, end the fights
End all of it, it isn't right
The stars are shattered slivers of memory
From before anyone was alive
But all the felony
Caused the Memories to survive
They would be needed far into the future
So the mistakes wouldn't be made again
But they were
Over and Again
Where are we?
Most likely Dead.

A/N- This will be a collection of poems on why I think war is wrong.
