I spoke in a voice unheard

By the wind or the masses

There was no sound

As the wheels turned

There was no sound

As the glass broke

And I lost heart

I tried to touch the sun

But my wings of wax melted

And I fell

Not even landing on the earth

My bones broke

The wings were never crafted again

And I float on space, lost. . .
