They speak to me

all the smiles

they say

"Give us you"

and so I tell them

"NO!"

but they keep taunting me

saying

"Giiiiivvvveee iiiiitttt~"

and I say

"NO! I CAN'T! THE MASTER! SHE DOESN'T APPROVE!"

Then they stop

and they disappear

BUT

In their place

come the

more things

that talk

the cage does too

it says

"Break down. Give me you."

and I tell it

"NO!"

also

and it keeps taunting

and I keep saying

"NO! NO! THE MASTER! SHE DOESN'T APPROVE!"

But the cage

it's persistent

it keeps going

for a very long time

and soon

it is replaced too

when I grow used to it

I broke the cage first

But maybe I broke the smiles too

I've never been so sure of that

But I know I broke the cage

because it cried to me

it cried

"NO! YOU MUST GIVE ME YOU!"

So, instead of telling it loudly

I told it softly

"I must not. It isn't what my master thinks. Master thinks on her own."

But the cage

it cried as I left

because I wouldn't return

The replacement

it was a White

a Nothing

it is a Nothing

and it cries too

it cries

wicked, wicked things

that break me

so much easier

and I tell it

that I must not stay

"Master thinks no! She thinks I can't live here!"

but it is worse

it is harder.

I'm trapped in White

White it screams

and White it shrivels

but then

it stops

and it goes from White

to Black

then Gold

then Light

then

Nothing.
