Yume To Yuuki

I betrayed everybody

[I killed a lot of people]

Even my Family

[their blood painted my world]

So don't chase after me…

[it was all my fault]

Just leave me alone

[my sins can never be forgiven]

CHAPTER 2:

[YUUKI]

"Hey Yuuki!" A familiar voice resounded in my ears, as my long awaited nap got interrupted by this person speaking.

"hnn…." I tried my best to pretend to be sleeping and moved my body sidewards, opposite to where the voice is coming from.

"Yuuki! Wake up!" the voice insisted and started shaking my shoulders

"….." I didn't answer and the person stopped as well.

I felt relieved.

BAM!

"OUCH!" I got up from the pain I felt on my head, as if an unknown hard object just fell over me.

"That's what you get!" The person shouted, as I swiftly shifted my head upwards, only to see a petite teenager, about my age which is 16, with long red hair tied into low pigtails and sharp blue eyes. She was wearing a skull clip on the left part of her head, while dressed in a completely black clothing, consisting of a black skirt and black sleeveless shirt with the words "DIE" in bright red font written on it. Wait- why am I even analyzing her? –this sadistic gothic girl just hit me with her huge scythe, she used the backside ofcourse, or else I would've been dead – all because I wasn't listening to her bickering.

"What the hell Anise!?" I complained, only to be hit once again

"Ouch!" I exclaimed

"Yuuki, We're out!" she shouted to my ear, that I thought it was going to explode. But then, I didn't question her, for I've completely understood her vague point.

It can only meant one thing after all…

We're going to explore the wilderness once again…

The dangerous surface of this flat world.

Yes you heard me right, I'm afraid – "flat"- this world is something unknown to us, even after living here for almost a year. A place which was supposed to be just within my DREAM.

I used to dream of this long ago…

I'm an observer to this rectangular flat world suspended in four literal corners, completely opposite to the other side, the Earth.

I do not know why this is haunting me in my sleep, though…

All I know is that this is supposed to be surrounded by giant creatures od death, and there is only one place safe…

…at the center.

Strange enough, you might ask why I've said that we've been here for a year, to be honest, I do not knoe either.

Whether I was actually asleep or awake... if this is real or just my imagination… it makes me dizzy…

I t was all so confusing. Usually, when we're dreaming, we do not recognize thoughts like this, and our minds and logic don't work either. So when you're faced with the "stupidest" thing you've ever seen, you'd think of it as normal… in a dream, perhaps.

Yet, the fact the fact that I've been having these thought and doubts is proof that I'm awake.. and that I'm not in the same world I knew of anymore…

Ofcourse, I wasn't alone… actually, there're plenty of us… that includes Anise… and worst of all…

"Yume"

I knew he was in here, but I could not see him…

I haven't talk to him since I've come to this world..

He disappeared…after killing them.. and he only said one thing…

"…Try and reach the exit, Yuuki"

I hate him!

No..

I am supposed to hate him…

But I can't…

I just can't
