Red balloons float into the sky
Easing up, up so high
Days pass by
But I still remember the vision
All of them afloat in the sky
Looking up, my face is turned a bright red from the light
Light that travels through the balloons
Only to paint the world a cherry red
Only to make everyone forget their dread
Never will I forget the sight of those special balloons
Sailing through the sky towards a greater place
Author's Note: This is yet another acrostic poem that I had to write for English that I took way too seriously. I think that red balloons are one of the most pretty sights the world has to offer. Remember, reviews are to writers what cookies are to milk~~~
