Simple Valentine

Poems are hard

For one that is no bard

But for you I will try

To write one to satisfy

Though simple it may be

I hope that you will see

All the heart that I have placed

And pray that it's not erased!

Oh my, I guess I should hurry

And send your heart a-flurry

But I'm running out of space

This cannot be the case!

What I really want to say

And I hope it's not cliche

I was going for unique

But alas, I've reached my peak

So I'm just going to say it

Before I decide to quit

You're beautiful

Wonderful

Pretty

And lovely

So the last thing I will say

Before you go on your way

Is that I'm overjoyed that you're mine

On this day, my Valentine.

AN: I doubt any of my regular readers will read this but uh, I'm gonna take this time to say I am so so so so so so so so sorry for the lack of updates on 'Of Fangs and Claws' and 'Flower of the Heart'. Things have been going pretty great for me and well yeah. Instead of spending my free time writing and updating I spend it talking with my girlfriend. We have a long distance relationship and yeeeaaahhhh...

But! at least ya'll know I'm alive and I have not, I repeat, have not forgotten about those stories. Believe me, people favorite them monthly. Also, I love writing them, so, fear not! One day ya'll will get an update!
