Today, I dreamed of you.
There was me and you, it felt so true.
However, like in reality, I still have that secret.
That secret I'm afraid to tell
At some point, in that dream we were closer.
Closer than we have ever been
It felt so real, yet I was holding back still.
I wished now that I could have been braver…
Even just in that dream I could have yelled,
That secret I was afraid to tell
Too bad it didn't happen
Because even in my dreams you were already taken.
I'm only thankful I had that chance to dream of you.
Now I only wish, you dream of me too…
