The world is full of numbers.

It longs to speak in digits

Instead of these sounds we have formed.

They twist into the DNA of the world,

Forming everything that the Earth has become.

.

The mathematics that so many reject—

They're put off by the complexity of it

To recognize its importance, its beauty—

Forms the base strings on which to weave

The basis of this beautiful world.

.

Because that is all the world is:

Something that can be explained by symbols

Which represent an amount.

It makes the world so less mysterious,

Don't you agree?
