Prologue:

Nobody would care, right? Even if I die, nobody would care. Nobody would cry. Nobody. Not my parents. Not my friends. I am alone. I am nothing. I am nothing but a burden to everyone. Even if I'll be gone, nobody would notice. Even the man that I loved the most wouldn't care. I am a burden to him. I am a useless brat for him. I better die than live this miserable life. Sam thought as she submerged herself into the warm water that filled the bath tub. She slid down until the water was already touching her chin; her curly, flame-like hair getting soaked. She raised both of her hands as she stared at her snow white wrist and the blade that she held in her right hand. With tears in her maroon eyes, she lowered down the blade to her left wrist and cut it deeply. She watched as her blood dripped to the water and slowly turned it red- so bright that even the colour of her hair is already undistinguishable. She just realized that dying without somebody caring was so painful. Then slowly, oh-ever so slowly, she drifted off to a sleep she was not sure if she'll ever wake up to.
