Angel With Wings

Skin, color of milk
So very soft
Just like silk.

Eyes the deepest green.
Deeper,
Deeper that you've ever seen.

Lips lush and bright.
Never feels the need,
Nor never wants to fight.

Hair golden like the sun.
Her personality,
A bouncing ball of fun.

White and soft feathered wings
Keeping her high in the heavens.
Her voice rings as she sings.

Once upon a time,
She lived on Earth in pain.
Now she lives with God,
Her happiness showers down like the rain.

Memories in my mind are loud.
Of my mother,
I have never been so proud.
