What If Kurai Never Left Me?

A Zodiac 13 Fiction

The Taiyonos sat at the dinner table.

"So, Kurai. None of us have had the time to ask you, but why did you run away six years ago?" Mrs. Taiyono asked.

"Uhm...I...I don't know." Kurai felt sad to tell them this, but he didn't remember why.

Kiseki had gotten very disturbed by this; and remember, she doesn't get disturbed by many things. "You know what?" she asked, swallowing a piece of meat. "I wish you would've never left!" she screamed.

All of a sudden, the entire scene wavered and came to a much larger table, covered in valuable foods.

Kiseki noticed how she was now standing. No-one else was at the table. Huh? What's going on? she thought.

Knock-Knock-Knock.

"Kiseki? Your boyfriend's here!" Kurai called.

Boyfriend? Since when did I have a boyfriend?

Kiseki walked over to the door and opened it. A smiling (now isn't that strange) Kasai stood there, with the rest of the Hoshino family in tow. "Hey, Kasai," she greeted.

"Hey, Beautiful!" Kasai replied cheerfully. He kissed her cheek, causing her to blush. "How's your sister? What's-her-name?"

"Shi?"

"Yeah, Shi! How is she?"

"Good."

"Cool." He walked into the house and into the dining room. "We're having dinner first, right, Kurai?"

"Yep," Kurai replied.

The rest of the people sat in a chair. There was a long silence before anyone started eating.

"Where's Shi, or Chi, or whatever her name is?" Kasai asked.

"La! La! LA!" yelled a girl with wavy, black hair that was shoulder-length. "I'm here! Shi-chan's here!"

OK, so that's Shi?

Everyone began eating. All of a sudden, Kumo tried to look over Kasai and to Kiseki, over the table. He had brunette hair that was wavy, and none of his 3 spikes were there. An earring was in his right ear. He raised his eyebrows and smiled, showing interest in her, and went back to eating with an emotionless face.

"Ooh, he has the hots for you," Shi gushed.

Kiseki blushed a bit. If she'd known it was Kumo, she'd be dead of embarrassment by now. "No! That's not true!" she tried to say.

"Ohohoho...!" Shi laughed. "You know what, Kiseki-nee? If he really has the hots for you, then maybe you can try to become friends with him. No-one knows his name yet!"

Kiseki looked over the table to Kumo. Look, she thought he was hot. No, wait. She thought Kumo's original self was hot, too. Ugh, never mind. She thinks both of them are super cute guys (er, guy, considering it's just Kumo).

He turned to her and made a small nod before he...

"KISEKI TAIYONO WAKE UP ALREADY!"

Kiseki got up with a start. Shi had the angriest face you could imagine.

"Kiseki! You have been stinking asleep for 10 minutes! What is wrong with you?!" Shi yelled.

"Sorry," Kiseki responded. "I just had a really weird dream." She looked around and Kurai and her parents were there. No-one else. She looked at Shi and her usual curly hair was back. "It made no sense."

Ha. Wait and see, Kiseki Taiyono. A person watched her. Many more dreams will come to you - and they're what would be the present if something changed in your past! Ahaha!

And so, without knowing of the person, Kiseki and her family continued dinner.

A/N: I still have to work on the rest. This one might be deleted because I plan on using it in the original story.
