And so she dances through their lives
through everyone's lives
a ballerina on the stage
an artist on the high trapeze
a girl twirling in her backyard

all bigbig curls
too big for her face

shining sparkling laughing
and he thinks that maybe,
just maybe,
this could be what dreams are made of
starshine

she sparkles
like all the stars in the sky
and shines
like every wish ever made
and he should have known it was too good to last

because this brightbrightbright dreamer
made out of wishes on stars
is made to dance-
and dancers don't stay still
(not for very long)
and neither does she

she dances into his life
and makes it special
wonderful
and then dances out again
and he's left to deal
with what she's left behind
