The sword of the demon king

This may include spelling mistakes and also includes angels and demons please don't be offended I am 13 after all and this is my first story

I was only 5 when my parents died and I was forced out of the village. I was an orphan who had to run away from everything ever since and I didn't know why, it had all been a massive blur that faded into darkness and when I awoke my parents were covered in blood,my dad looked at me smiled and said "I'm sorry but we have to go we will be watching" and with that he fell to the ground and shut his eyes in the same peaceful way he always did when he was asleep. I turned to look at my mother who was looking deadly serious and said "I love you but must leave you. I am glad we got you away from the house in time which is all I care about. Now listen to me very carefully, go back to the village, and you will see a small wolf puppy with dark fur and a note in her mouth take the note and introduce yourself like you did on the first day of school she will protect you and stay with you after that no matter what. Goodbye" and with that her sky blue eyes lost all light and she fell backward and hit her head.I didn't understand what had happened at first i thought they were playing so I shook them to wake them up but it didn't work I was scared and tried again it didn't work I so scared i did what my mam told me to do and sprinted back to the village.I knew exactly were I was I was in the forest that bordered the village with a Japanese sakura tree growing in the middle if I find that i just need to head down the path to the village gate so running past the sakura tree were I picked the pink flowers when there in full bloom as a kid.I got to the gates and saw the puppy my mam told me about and as she had dropped the note I decided to read that first.

It read: 'To my baby girl Amy I made this letter so you could read it only if my death was premature I want you to know that no matter what happened or what will happen me and you father love you. For you to be reading this you must be with blaze the demon wolf.' at this point i looked at the wolf and said "blaze?" she barked excitedly and waged her tail and to my surprise spoke clear English "that is my name child,what is yours?"

"Amy, Amy okami daughter of -"

"I know you'r parents child"

I chose to ignore to ignore her and continued ' Do not be scared she will not harm you she will make sure you are safe follow her every order. I LOVE YOU!' knowing this I asked "so what do we do?" she looked at me and whispered follow me Amy" and she ran through the village so I ran after when people saw me they followed and fired guns at me then I saw as blaze grew bigger and then to the size of a horse and threw me into the air and i landed on her back and she ran faster to make sure I was safe. We ran past the new stone houses of the rich and past the wooden slum of the poor although dirty everything was a mix of beautiful colours with flags flying from almost every house the trees were in full bloom and we were preparing for a good harvest,praying to every god and some people even came past our house just outside the village at the base of the mountain to trek up to see the priest and priestess to gather blessings our village was one of the few places that believe in hundreds of gods not just 1 but all we have to do to get into heaven is to not steal murder or do anything that no other animal does-like a cat will not kill another cat of the same. These rules though simple and easy to follow were by many disobeyed this rule and so they hunted out 1 legend of power to those who have sinned a chance,to be the torturer not the tortured The legend of the sword of the demon king I didn't know much of this legend only that whoever mastered it would become the new demon ruler until defeated in battle. An arrow flew past my head and soon i refocused and we were at the mountain already and as blaze bent her legs i felt my own strain in response she jumped somehow over the mountain and landed then made another leap,further this time over a cliff and onto the land across from it."how can you do this?" I was baffled and needed to know how and why did my legs strain when she jumped " I am a demon wolf and the pain in you'r legs is because I was bound to you by you'r parents." I hadn't even asked about the pain in my legs was she now feeling pain too? more questions came to mind but by now she was pulling faces in pain and i felt almost nothing " is that better?" she had stopped and twisted her head back to look at me with a pained look in her eyes, and I realised she had taken on all the pain from my legs and hers and now was in so much pain she looked like she was about to cry. " If you are hurt do not take on my pain too I was taught to endure it" As I said those words she tilted her head before biting the back of my t shirt and placing me down before shrinking from a massive beast to a wolf a little taller than the average man. Tilting her head back she hesitated then let out a howl and all signs of pain were gone after she finished howling she stared forwards at the spot in front of us and with a gust of wind a small cyclone appeared in that spot and as it receded there was a tall man in his early twenty's standing in that spot with a small scared on the right corner of his mouth and his hand on a samurai sword fastened to the back of his belt he moved this right hand away keeping his left in lace as if reading for a fight, his hair was as black as anything I had ever seen before and his eyes a very dark red. I was about to ask who he was but no noise would come out my mouth but the silence was broken by blaze's voice "demon king I was bound to this girl by her parents and she needs guidance and training to avoid there fate for I fear I will fail to protect her please I am no able to give her the right guidance" she lowered her head and kept her eyes fixed on his face, he smiled and replied "why is she unsafe?" the smile was obviously to throw her off.

"her village think she killed her parents and cursed the crops." she whimpered with her head still low I could not remember what attacked my parents but knowing the villagers blamed me made me afraid and he asked as if I would know " and did you?" he shot a glance at blaze telling her not to answer for me. i opened my mouth and told the truth "I dont know, I blacked out" he laughed at my answer " she needs self control then, I will take her in - but she is mine to train until 16. NO funny business of course" I looked at blaze being too young to understand that term at the all three of us with the man i would know only as 'demon king' from then until my 13th birthday leading us like the weakling I presumed we were compared to him.

Years past and he trained me in the art of self control and endurance while guiding me to avoid the path of becoming the kind of demon forced into hell and showed me how to become and angel when I die he would also train me with the art of the sword and on my 13th birthday told me his name was Nobunga and he became demon king by being given this sword so he controls the forces of demons on earth and prevents those in hell from escaping but also being grated the power of eternal youth and he had never aged since his 21st birthday which meant he never met a girl he could date or have a family with. He also taught me the demonic sword dance which meant that i was prepared for anything and everything nature or humans threw at me. But still I chose to stay as long as possible and on the day of my 16th birthday I begged to stay I would even get a job and pay and we agreed on that I just made my first deal with the demon king. Months later I had found a job and was paying rent but because of Nobunaga's rules I was only allowed to keep that job until I was 18 and to stay living safely and train with him I must join the demon kings forces and start calling him "lord Nobunaga" if I did not agree i would be an enemy of his demon forces and would be constantly attacked, I had been sucked in by his plan but why didn't blaze warn me I ran to her room in search of her.I had 2 days to make a choice. As I ran up to the old house lord Nobunaga gave to Blaze and me I pulled my keys out my pocket only to be jumped on by blaze " Idiot you now either die or join his forces I tried to warn you by mind link but you cannot connect to me because of you'r own ignorance" she snared in my face " two years ago I told you not to stay but now look now both of us either die or fight angels" I found myself stunned to find this out and as I thought back it was all true I felt a tear hit my face but it was not my own as I opened my eyes i saw blaze crying and could not control myself from saying "wolves can cry" at this she staggered back and laughed still cried after. I hug her and lower the shields of my mind so we can use mind link to talk " I will join his forces I have no other choice,"fine child i will protect you" she stopped crying and walked with me to reply to Nobunaga or as I would have to call him lord Nobunaga or general Nobunaga. As we ran down the path and seeing him at the end of it made me feel as if he knew what I was thinking " you'r answer Amy " he asked calmly as if it wasn't my life on the line. I took a deep breath and answered " yes sir, I will join you'r forces lo...lord...lord Nobunaga" he switched to Blaze " will you be joining the forces again?" she groaned and simply said "yes." She locked her eyes with mine, and I turned to see lord Nobunaga had left "where is he?" I asked turning round to find blaze had disappeared "alone...alone...alone again" i slowly stammered. And that brings us up to now,I am waiting to find out my test i am probably going to end up alone in the war unit because i am always alone when i look forward to doing something.

Nobunaga p.o.v

I promised blaze I would not try anything funny on Amy but as she got older it was harder to do when she was 15 Ihad to give her and Blaze a house of there own because of it. When I was 21 i defeated the demon king to try and save my sister but she had already been killed and because of my anger I was transformed into the new demon this girl reminds me of her but in other ways she reminds me of the one girl i dated in high school, Amy had my sisters caring nature and she loves she was developing into a wonderful person...I dont mean her body althought that is just below epic but I mean she is relatable,loyal and forgiving,she was perfect. But now i needed to test her skills to get into the forces maybe knowing her full power and potiental would help me... um-mm...overcome my...fear?

The challenge I was going to set would test both hers and my skills as it is guaranteed to almost kill her if not kill her...I don't know if I will be able to stop myself from barging in to help her and not even god would be able to stop 10 tails because of her 'personal' promise to the child's parents. I stop and turn around to hear a sweet voice HER sweet voice ."alone...alon...alone again" you see I when talking to her i opened a portal linking me toward the path of hell,and toward the first gate which is were minor demons must lay in hidding and in wait for my orders but they are hard enough to create a challenge for humans and Amy would face three at once.
