The Most Beautiful Woman

The most beautiful woman to ever walk the Earth
Has been beautiful ever since her birth
With chiseled face and nose
Perfect fingers and perfect toes
Clear and fair is her skin
Always has the attentions of men
With emotionless beautiful face
With a startling liquid grace
Sparkling eyes and silky hair
Clothes never receiving a single tear

I never looked like that
The very definitive portrayal of PHAT
I was never anything special
I must have thousands of mutated cells
My face and skin are rarely clean
That beauty is impossible to glean
My voice too low and sometimes coarse
I'm sick and tired of this unholy search
I'll never be able to look or move like her
I'll always be me, something of a bore

On the other hand, I think she's more boring than I am
Maybe she's a skilled artist playing a scam
Beauty may only be skin deep
And I swear to God my soul I'll keep
So what if in the mornings my hair is a mess?
My destiny is not yet set
I may not be beautiful,
But I don't have to be.
