WHY SO MUCH ANGST?

Why so much angst
And why so much pain
We have so much here
Keeping us sane

We have the birds in the trees
And the blue sky above
We have the beautious sun
And the feeling called love

We have people who care
Even if it's few
They still care of someone
And believe me it's you

I understand the need
To vent all the anger
But how much could there be
There ain't no real danger

This world that we live in
Is a beautiful place
Filled with a warm light
And a heaven's embrace

It just seems to me
That all those in pain
Seem to be blind
To the beauty of rain

To the maginificace of
All the universe
And everything inside
With only some things adverse

It's a small percentage
Thats wrecks it for all
Those that do wrong
Make those who do call

This life a trial
This existance a waste
It is a gift we get once
It's just a brief taste

And love not returned
And the evil some do
Should not draw attention
From the beauty here too...
