1 In your eyes

What do I see in your eyes,

Other than anger and despise

I see a failed attempt at trying to be found

Always feeling as if your soul has been bound

You want to find the answer you want to fly free

But you do not know when the answer will be

You're searching for something a prize of silver and gold

Or maybe you're just looking for someone to love and hold

I think that that was the answer all this time and past

But you're not sure that if you found it, that it was going to last

I know that you're afraid, I can see it in your eyes

I just want you to know that I can see past the disguise

I see that you are broken, your soul has tore apart

I just want to be the one to help rebuild your heart

What do I see in your eyes

Just look in mine, and you'll see it's true,

That I have never wanted anyone but you.
