Gliding, like an eagle,
He dips and soars,
The wind rustling his tail.
Streaking across the deep blue sky,
Flitting and darting through the air.
Hovering uncertainly, for a moment
As the whistling wind pauses
To catch her breath.
Then she surges suddenly,
A quick gust of powerful wind
Blowing him across the distance.
The tip of his tail fluttering
Teasing, flirting
With the wind.
She swishes her skirts,
Then slowing down,
Gently lowering him
To the rustling grass.
