Watchers in the night,
My spirit is so cold,
Watch me for eternity,
Never growing old.

On a dragon's wing,
I walk with terror,
I walk alone now,
But will I forever?

Lucifer holds my hand,
Release, I shall crash,
Shatter is to death,
Ash is to ash.

But maybe it will be,
Deemed by Fate,
That he will clasp on,
And lead me to the gate.

Despair binds me,
I've broken many lives,
The tips of arrows,
The edges of knives.

I worked for love,
I worked for affection,
But all I got,
Was flat out rejection.

So watchers in the night,
Hear my cry,
Lucifer's hand is slipping,
My soul wants to die.
