Upside down, the sky’s the limit,
The branches of trees like fingers stirring a pond,
Sounds are distant, as though heard through a pillow,
My heart races like a star blazing across the night,
Like a great fan, my hair tumbles down to brush the earth,
Nature captured in a new light, like the sight returned to a blind man,
Rich golden laughter peals through the air, light as a child’s,
The clouds drifting like errant thoughts to shape anew,
Seasons sift through the worn hands of Father Time,
On and on and on again, eternity rejoices.
