Author's Note on Revisions

Yes, finally, I have gotten around to revising the first of the three stories of the Dragon's Gift trilogy. It took me longer than I had anticipated, but I am pleased with the results. I am most surprised that I nearly doubled the length of the story! When I started revising it was around 42k words. Now it is well over 70k words. Now that "Dragon's Gift" is revised, I am going to be moving on to the revision of "Black Nightmares" soon. I know there are a lot of problems in it that need handling and I'm hoping to get them resolved with the rewriting. I do hope you have enjoyed the new version of "Dragon's Gift". If you are new to the story, I am grateful you read it. If you're and old fan reading it again, I hope you like the new version (and wonder if any of you noticed the things I changed and added to). I am pleased "Dragon's Gift" has remained a favorite on the site after so many years, for I see many people still visit the story. Thank you so much for reading!
