Random Thoughts from Society’s Victim

By: David N. Young a.k.a. Damien, the dark prince

He walks alone through a world with no forgiveness.

He passes a mirror; his reflection? Useless.

All his life he strived to be the best, did he pass the test?

No one helps him on his lonely walk.

All he wants is someone to talk to.

All his friends have left him behind, carrying on like they didn’t mind

The pain he was obviously in. Is it a sin to be a kid, again?

His childhood heroes, modern day zeros in this perfect society

That his parents made him believe he was a part of since birth.

He never knew true love could take away a man’s soul or what will be left

On this earth after the human race has run its course showing no remorse

For our environment the treat it like it’s their trash can.

When will we take a stand against this travesty and honor her royal majesty

Mother nature who wants to place a wager on how fast she’ll disintegrate

A twist of fate with pain and hate swirling

Into a void of madness, infinite sadness, never able to get it back

Credits roll, Fade To Black.
