Alone

I sit here now,
In this house.
I'm all alone,
Not by body,
But soul.

No one understands me,
I am unknown.
I am alone.

Someday I hope,
Hope to not be alone.
To be somebody,
To be understood.
For now I sit here waiting,
Waiting not to be alone.

Who knows when it will happen?
When I will be understood.
For know I sit here waiting.
Alone...

Ok, this is the 2nd in my "self discovery " poem series. It's pretty old,
though most good stuff is old. I like this poem a lot, it came out well.
Why is it that my best stuff always comes to me at the most god awful hours
of the night?
