To my sister Sheree

Though you are far away

I still think you’re near

Though I can’t see you

I still remember the day

You left with our aunt by train

Tears still comes to my eyes

Even two years later

I’ll do anything for you

Yes, even a thousand miles

Cannot separate my love

From you my little sister

You send me pictures

So I can see you

But it’s not the same

Without you with me

I wait that special day

The day you come back to me

You told me through the phone

My heart yearns for that day

Regardless of your promise

I know we’ll meet once again

Though you are far away

You are near in my heart
