What Goes On

Dark. Like a shadow in the midst. Fear. Like a rabbit chased by a fox. Desperation. Like a starved child.

Things aren't always as they should, Sometimes are just too perfect, But what was wished for didn't come, Instead the evil twin.

The other side of everything, Present in all, seen by none, Hear happy words from them, But things lie they cannot be.

A father-less child turns a father-less adult, A hopeful child to a desolate adult, A happy child turns an adult on prosac, Things that were aren't now.

There's nothing but senses, feelings, Darkness, Fear, Desperation.
