Crowded Space

When you’re quenching their thirst

The bad days get worse

And you wonder what you’ve done

To deserve this

It’s not worth your time

You’ve lost all your rhyme

And you aren’t hearing anyone

And your guns miss

But where are you now

Alone anyhow

And losing the taste

For just living

And it’s got to be good

You do more than you should

Just to draw them all back

When you’re giving

And you cry when you sing

Don’t know what it means

When you’re losing yourself

In the pain

What you’re taking away

When they ask you to stay

Is the things that they’ll see

When you rain

So take one more chance

And dance the last dance

Before they all lose

What you’re saying

You’ve been here before

But not anymore

There are too many rules

When you’re praying
