Come on my friend don't gather from books;
Just gather from nature around
Please my friend; don't gather words you took;
Gather from nature, light and sound.
In a dank dark school of endless toil
Set on metal, cold and hard
While dismal tasks make you only moil
And turns your brain to lard
When nature is your teacher my friends,
It teaches you many things.
Sometimes like what necessities it lends
And to name birds on the wing.
So, my friend, which one would you choose?
The metal or leaves and grass?
There is only one way to win or lose,
Choose the best, which is all I ask
