School once again started in the early morning. France stumbled into first hour wearing the girls uniform. He sat down at the desk next to his friends. Grumbling something he let his head fall forward onto the wooden top. "Ow."

"Don't do that if it hurts, idiot," Annie said from behind him. She giggled and shook her head. "Why the long face?"

"My mom kept me up all night because she thought she heard someone breaking into the house. I had to check every inch of it twice!" he sat up and started to reach for his home work. "I think she is more paranoid about life then I am. I swear that if someone wanted to break into our house, it would be that last mistake ever. My mom would be yelling at them to clean up the glass they broke and they would be running in fear of her menopausal paranoiya state!"

Charles and Annie laughed. The girl sitting in front of Charles looked at France and laughed too. "It wasn't suppose to be funny. I was being serious," France answered the laughing with a straight face.

"Well, I agree, your mom has her problems. She also has her daughters problems too. And I am not even going to mention your father. Your family is just a bit too weird for me France. And I think Britt is the only one with a normal name too," she went off into thought.

France grumbled some more and started to finish the last line in his homework. The teacher walked in, but it wasn't Mrs. Bullen. It was a substitute. "Hello class, my name is Mrs. Leponer. I am going to be your teacher today, or until your real teacher comes back." She looked evil. Her dark hair was in a bun on the back of her head, her brown eyes were in a continueous scowl, and her voice was menacing. If France feared people, he would have been hoping beyond hope for a God to take him right then and there. Annie was chanting a prayer behind him. Charles was too. Georigia, the girl in front of Charles, was wispering something in spanish. The teacher seemed to like the way the fear was rolling off the students. She smirked and started to call peoples names out.

"France Gamble?" she called. He held up his hand. "Can I ask you something France. What gender do you prefer to be? Because if I am correct you are to wear your REAL uniform."

France glared at her, "I have a pass. Want to see it?" His voice couldn't go deep, but it was still threatening. She nodded. He went into his binder and took out the yellow piece of paper and handed it to her. She read it, glanced over it again, and then ripped it up. His eyes went wide. "You can't do that!"

"I just did. Now, if you will bring a real document, and not some obvious fake, then maybe you won't have dentention today after school." she smiled evily.

"Annie Deley?" she looked behind the stunned France to a stunned Annie. Annie nodded that that was her name. "I have a small question for you too. Wear is your pass for your beads?" She pointed to the prayer beads around Annie's neck.

Annie looked at her afraid. She swallowed the lump in her throat and took out another piece of yellow paper. It looked almost identical to France's. "Right here."

"Hmm," she read it. Glancing up she saw the fear in Annie's eyes. 'Please don't rip it!' Annie begged in her mind. The teacher, unable to read minds, ripped it up as well. "You also got a fake paper."

France looked at his friend as she was scolded for no reason by the substitute teacher. People weren't paying much mind any more to the teacher. They were murmuring about Mrs. Leponer. "No Fair!" she yelled loud enough to stop even the class next door from what they were doing.

"All's fair in life. Now, let's see who is next...um, Georgia Garcia?" she looked at the black haired eighteen year old.

"That me," she said in broken english. Her accent was thick from being born in Mexico.

"Speak proper english! This is an english class!" the teacher yelled at the poor girl.

Georgia let a small tear fall from her eyes. "So..o..o..rr..y..y..." she studdered. Her whole body shook, trying to hold in the flood that was threatening to break.

France reached over to her, "It's ok. Don't cry." He spoke in spanish.

"English! English!" the teacher smacked his desk. He didn't even jump as he turned toward the ass-hole teacher.

"She doesn't know english! And you are an ass-hole!" he yelled at her, in english.

"That's it! I am sending you to the dean!" she went to the tan phone beside her desk. Dialed a couple of numbers, "Yes, I have a student that needs an escort to the dean...yes...thank you."

"Ooo, the dean! You know what, I have fought more then you before. You can't hurt me," he stood up and cleared his things. Looking at Annie, he said, "Hey, tell Mrs. Tyler where I am if I ain't back by then."

She nodded, "And I'll tell Rosalie too."

"Thanks," he turned and walked out the door. The hall monitor just ariving to walk with him. "This is just great! And she ripped up my paper too."

"She ripped your paper France?" asked the all too known hall monitor.

"Yeah. Mrs. Luis, I don't have my excuse form anymore for me wearing the girls uniform!" he whinned.

"I think that you might have been in the right here then. I will tell the dean. You also should tell him everything that went on in that classroom," she smiled sweetly.

They both walked into the small office. People sitting in chairs lined the wall. A secretary filed papers and signed people in. He sat down at the only available seat. He looked at the girl right next to him. "Hey Lucy."

She smiled and said "hi" as her name was called by the receptionist. He waved to her as she went slowly into the dean's office. He sat there thinking about what he was going to say when he was called into the mean dean's office.
