Sandy the sperm awoke suddenly. He wondered why. His home, a testes, was protected by the scrotum to regulate the temperature. Suddenly he knew. Sandy nudged his friend Stan. "Wake up. It's happening," Sandy said. Stan's eyes shot open. "Now?" Stan asked. Sandy nodded. "Now."

The other sperm started shoving the two friends toward the epididymis. "Move it," they yelled. "All right, all right. Sheesh," Stan muttered. All the sperm swam to the epididymis. A sign welcomed them by proclaiming 'Epididymis Training Camp. Training sperm since 1989.' The sperm prepared themselves by training like never before. Near the end of their stay, all the sperm went to a meeting. A trainer told them what to do. "You have to go through the vas deferens, past the seminal vesicles and the prostate gland, through the urethra, and out the penis. If you end up in the vagina, you have to go through the uterus and look in the fallopian tubes for an egg. If she is there, the one who gets to her first can be her husband. Its every sperm for himself, so may the best sperm win."

The sperm moved through the vas deferens. "Hey Stan, I'm worried. What happens to the sperm who can't find the egg? Do they die?" Sandy asked. "I don't know. I guess they go back home, " Stan said trying to comfort his friend. "But don't worry. I bet you'll be the one to find her." "Thanks pal," Sandy said. But in his heart he knew that all but the chosen one would die.

The sperm entered the seminal vesicles. A sticky fluid called semen helped them move along. Sandy wanted to rest for strength at the prostate gland, but he did not want to miss his chance at being someone. The sperm swam through the urethra and finally out the tip of the penis. "Where are we?" Stan asked. "We have to go find that egg," Sandy said as a response. The sperm went past the uterus and entered a fallopian tube. The sperm in the front cried, "I think I may have found her!"

All the sperm tried to catch a glimpse of her. Sure enough, there she was. "Hi guys! Who's the lucky one?" Emily egg asked. Sandy fell in love instantly. With a newfound burst of hope, Sandy cried "Meeeeeeeee!" He shoved the other surprised sperm out of the way. The others chased after him, but Sandy had already joined his love. Emily smiled. "Congratulations Sandy!" Stan cheered as the couple started traveling for their honeymoon in the uterus.
