"Man is coming! Man is coming!" the wolf cried. All the other wolves rushed to his aid, but when they arrived there was no one there. The liar wolf got a good laugh thanks to his prank.

He fooled them so often that one day, the pack decided not to believe him anymore. Then one day, man came for real.

"Man is coming! Man is coming!" the liar wolf cried desperately. But the other wolves would pay no heed.

The liar wolf ran for his life, coming down the hill he went into a valley. There he heard a little boy, crying desperately upon seeing him:

"The wolf is coming! The wolf is coming!"

All the other shepherds in the valley heard him scream, but none of them moved. The liar wolf understood immediately, and went to the little boy wagging his tail. That was the beginning of a long, beautiful friendship.
