A Poem of the St. Lawrence Islands

By HPDigiPokefan

Some Islands are barely above water.

Temperatures can fall to -8 degrees in winter.

Lovely water views.

Atlantic ocean is where the river starts.

Water fresh at the center.

Rivers freezes in the winter.

Everybody visits the islands.

Not one plant can last on some islands.

Camping is one of the activities.

Erie is where the river ends.

Ice melts in late March.

Site of a preserved sunken British gunboat.

Let's go hiking.

Animals migrate here.

Ninety inlets.

Do not feed the animals.

Stoven has two campsites in the area.
