On the early mornings dawn
From soft lips far away
There came a call so whispered
They called to me to say
"Free the days
On which wind plays
With risks and woes
And no one knows."
Whispered sweetly from the cold
Long lost voices young and old
"When the sun holds back its rays
Free the days, free the days
From corners lost in nightly grace
A far and distant, unholy place."
A/N: And the metaphors rear their ugly heads, hehe. Let me see how I can put this... I guess it's about living life to the fullest, kind of a Carpe Diem thing. I'm not going to even try to translate every line, I think I'll just leave it at this.
Thanks for reading, please review, too!
