Topic: Rageriok
To start off with, it's pronounced Ra-jeer-ee-ok. This is a normal fantasy world for the most part. I got its name because the MAIN plot (yes, there are about 200 subplots. I actually go through the first four books without explaining what they really SHOULD be trying to do.) revolves around the Behemoth, the Leviathan, and the Ziz. Rageriok meets Ragnarök. Let's start in the beginning. In the beginning, the great one lived in an empty void. He decided to make another void, and into that void he placed the first ones. It doesn't matter what you call them. Sovereigns, Gods, Ark Angels, it doesn't make a real difference. These people however, could not see the being who created them, and called themselves Gods based on their enormous powers to alter Space, Matter, and Energy. They could not control time, something that turns out to be very important. Now these people went out and began to create the universe, each in his or her own way. They first decided to build a single planetary system on upon which it could rotate. In that system however, was a special planet titled Rekoer, or the land of Beauty and Kindness. Upon this they made people come forth. The Dwarves and the Giants, molded from the Mountain Depths. The Elves were from the sea, though some eventually became a woodland people. The Sprites, Pixies, and Fairy's all came from the trees, and were the natural guardians of the forest. The first humans were made by the "Gods," who remade them within there own image. They were supposed to be the leaders of this divine world, and heralded the promises of the "Gods" still unfulfilled.

Then... catastrophe struck. The Sovereigns began to bicker among themselves, as to who was the most favorite, or who was the best, "God" to their chosen people. War broke out, and the world was thrown into Chaos. In the midst of the struggling, the Ark Angel Wergeon, created another world, and most of the other Ark Angels left to fight over this new planet, and are still fighting on Planets in the farthest flung reaches of their universe. Oblivious to the fact that while Wergeon had left Rekoer, a shade, or cloned spirit of himself had remained behind. This shade, Daerekniss, as it named itself, became the primal force of evil on this world. In acordance to a prophecy, he turned the last three Ark Angels on Rekoer into the Beasts of forbidden legend. Apposed on a divine scale no longer, he retitled the world Rageriok, and settled himself to playing with the creatures of that world minds.

Now many ages passed, and great battles were won and lost on both sides. And the Memory of Daerekniss faded. He was still there, only acting through others as a means to an end. Thus, the world plodded on without knowledge. Time passed, and after the Creation of the Stones of Destiny, and the battle between the Daerekniss and the Heroes of the Sacred City, a new prophesy was to be made.

"A line of Men and Wood approaches. They will fight, though they know not the real battle. And time itself will bend in a way the Gods themselves cannot fathom. The Sword will be reforged, and the Stones realigned. And from these their descendants shall spring, marching towards the endless summit at the top of the world. Wither they win or lose shall not matter, for the evil will be vanquished, and the quarrellings in the heavens shall cease. And the world of Rekeor shall be at peace once more..."

Continuing on from above...

I am not just incorporating Christian Schemes into this. As I am and was brought up christian, those parts in the story will be easiest to write, but I'm actually looking up all sorts of different religions for the books. Monsters shall be a definite. Kraken, Leviathan, Sea Serpant, those two Norse Wolves. Of course, they'll be altered in my image, but I want to keep them with the same names. Also, if there's any monsters/places/people (Monsters will have the same name. People and places would not.) you would like to see incorporated please let me know. I'm sick and tired of worlds where everyone speaks the same language and has the same religion. That destroys over a billion different intriguing scenes! So now I've finally decided to do something about it.
