No Trust
I was reminded recently why I never watch tv news programs. I turned the channel to TBN, as sometimes I like to amuse myself by watching the sophomoric antics of inbred preachers exploring what apparently are novel topics to them, that were dealt with much more coherently and soundly by guys 100-1,000 years ago. This time I was disappointed to see a news/commentary show on. Before I could decisively turn off the tv I was bombarded with such utter stupidity that I was literally paralyzed. The topics under discussion ranged from terrorism and the Evil ACLU (who are all secretly terrorists) to separation of church and state, but whatever was discussed, even where these dumb ** ultimately had the correct conclusions everything they said was some kind of logical fallacy. I was helpless before the onslaught of non-sequiturs and red herrings until the show mercifully ended a few minutes ago. I am never flipping to that channel again.

No. But, needless to say, one can be tormented by stupidity.

You might not be able to die from witnessing stupidity, but you can die if stupid people do stupid things that affect you. Drunk drivers, for example.

You can do anything you put your mind to. So, of course you can die of stupidity.

Oh YES it is possible to die of stupidity. That's what they have Darwin Awards for. XP
