okay. my latest obsession is with round robins. i know some of you don't know what those are, so i'll try to explain for you. the wikipedia definition is as follows- "A round-robin story, or simply "round robin," is a type of collaborative fiction or storytelling in which a number of authors each write chapters of a novel or pieces of a story, in rounds. Round-robin novels were invented in the 19th century, and later became a tradition particularly in science fiction. In modern usage, the term often applies to collaborative fan fiction, particularly on the Internet, though it can also refer to friends or family telling stories at a sleepover, around a campfire, etc."

Yay, roundrobins! I'm in!

My one preference is that it's kept to a T raiting, and that no one kills off the main characters because they 'can't think of anything else to write.' There is ALWAYS something else to write.

So. Once more people come, start a new forum or topic or whatever specifically for the robin, give it a title, and type a paragraph or whatever.

Round-robins the idea sounds good maybe i'll try it out but someone has to start it, cause i ain't starting nothing ok, preferably T rating, M is okay nothing below that okay.

Dumb comment, but for crying out loud you can't really have a manga section on fictionpress because manga requires pictures... or is that just me?

But yes. I would love to participate even though I know none of you....

yea that would be nice, consedering i don't do anything without a reminder. funny i'm really forgetful. oh and i think it would be a good idea if you kinda tell us what allowed and what's not, 'cause then it wouldn't be all confusing and stuff.

about that...someone hacked my email and changed the password, so could you please send it to mina_arzamarski@yahoo.com? i'm going to change all of my accounts over to that in a few days, so...yeah. and the chapter you sent in wasn't associated with this (it could be, if everyone wants to do that one)

the setting for the rp...? i have no idea. you guys can vote on something, i guess. i'm "banned" from the computer for a week, so i'll only bechecking in briefly every day. as for my character-

Physical Description: about 161 cm., reddish-brown eyes, shoulder length hair (top is reddish-brown, from the tips up to her ears it's black), has a slight tan.

Personality: not set yet, it's a work in progress. i'm hoping this will give her a bit more life, since she's a character in Phoenix Rising (one of my stories and a bigger project, it hasn't been posted yet. i'm still working on it)

Personallity: Really cheerful although he has a rough past which he is currently trying to forget. Trained in Kendo, he likes to call the boy whose his bestfriend ...-chan which really annoys whoever he is. loves nature, has a passion for art and music (especially the paino and harp) he likes reading and totally despises show-offs.

well that's about it until i build him up more

And yes i think medieval would be nice

Gender: Female

Phisical Discription: A small, birdlike girl, with thin eyes the color of grass and blond hair she ties up in braids. 5'3", she is most often seen in fasion concious outfits, or, when she let's herself go, her father's too-big pants and a clay-stained smock that reaches below her knees.

Personallity: Charming, a bit of a flirt, rather happy-go-lucky. She has a temper, but not a usual one, instead of showing anger, her disagreeable side manifests itself through talking calmly and sensibly, then being encredibly catty, and cooling insulting. Despite her flaws (And there are numerous, she has no manners, and is completely straightforward with her opinions, no mater who it hurts) she generally gets along with people. She grew up in the home of a strict millitary leader, and due to his single-parent harsh reign and her opposite funloving personality, has learned to bend the rules. She is an artist, and enjoys sculpting, as well as watercolor and warm drinks. She is a mage who speciallizes in healing.

Setting: I like mideaval (Already said) but I posted this long wierd idea in the actually RP forum . . . Ignore that. It was just me thinking aloud.

As for this character, she came completely out of the blue. She's almost nothing like me (Except the funloving bit . . . and the no manners bit . . . oh dear, I fear she is a little like me . . .) so this should be interesting.

hmm... most of my role playing experiences have been with very young girls who were far too obsessed with elves and harry potter and would talk of nothing else. o_O;;;!!! But it sounds fun... I just can't ever find people who'll do it with me *sniff*.

Name: Penny Valentine Ellorris (the name of my future child... tee hee... goes by Penny, Val, or Penny Valentine [because that name just flows tee hee])

Age: 11

Gender: Girly :)

Physical Description: Small, even for her age, with big blue eyes, a tiny little nose, and cute pink lips. She's got curly blonde hair and has a preference to cordouroy overalls. Is never without a Carebears backpack full of ntoebooks, crayons, and pens and she writes in them often. Wears a star necklace way too big for her around her neck that she got from her mother before she died.

Personality: Highly mature for her age, but very quiet. Has been through way more than any child her age should ever have to go through, and it has made her wise beyond her years. She appears sad most of the time, but she takes delight in every small bit of beauty and happiness in the world and has learned to cherish these things. Her childlike innocence has not been dimmed one MITE in all that she's been through, but she is serious enough to catch most adults by surprise. She has a laugh that reminds people of bubbles and can brighten up a situation just by being a part.

Setting: Huh, well, my character doesn't quite fit into medieval or anything... she can be changed, however... haha. A made up world is better than our world... our world is boooring. =/

Aaaalso... I've always thought it would be really REALLY cool to role play as a child, but if anybody objects I can change characters.

Ooh, yes, one other thing. Lets have multiple charas be allowed in the story, but not too many. Like, a max of three or something. Cause I love using lots of charas! ^^
