Sooo...I know anyone reading stuff on this forum either obviously loves music or is just incredibly bored. Does anyone actually play and instrument or two?

I play flute in my school band, and I can sort of play recorder. Mostly flute though.

About 1 1/2 years. It's really fun, you don't have to worry about having enought reeds or stuff like that.

I'm in the school band. In fact, in 1 hour, I'm going to be performing live in front of my small town for the parade they have. As a requirement, I'm in marching band...

That sounds interesting. My friend's in marching band. It sounds extremely tiring but fun at the same time. You definitely get your exercise there.

Ah yes, being in band is really a rewarding experience, I remember my old band days fondly. I play piano (yes how generic). I've been playing for about twelve years, and I'm still at it. Hoping to maybe teach or play in a band someday, that would be cool. Other than that, I played clarinet for 3 years back in the good old band days and played a bit of flue, drums and percussion every once and awhile.

I can play drums and some piano, but i'm better on drums. I can play a little bass as well.

Ten ways to spoil dinner

Drums, only thing I'm any good at. I used to have an acoustic guitar, but I broke most of the strings and gave it to my friend, who ended up getting a better guitar about a month later for his birthday what a bummer.

I've played guitar for almost three years now. Can't say I'm incredible but I do improve pretty quickly. I play lead guitar in a band and occasionally they'll make me play a little bass, but other than that guitar is all I know so far.
