hi there!

I am looking for a story that I read a while ago but for the life of me cant remember whats its called or the character names. The plot was something like this - the girl's parents die and so she has to live with her appointed guardian - whom she has never met before. He is very rich. She is underage - like a couple of months away from turning 18. I think her name ended in "ette", but it was a very cliched story - but still quite a pleasant read....
