Richard ran in front of her,taking hold of her shoulders.His eyes darting.

"You can't just...leave.You're in danger and we can help.The Gods want us to stick together.Think of the child!"

"Don't say it..." Livia breathed, her face stoic though her eyes reflected the pain. "Don't even think it or I will never be able to leave."

Richard let go,his expression was tight and grim.

"Do you really have to go?" he asked,afraid of the answer.

"Yes..." she said softly, hardly above a whisper. "I'm sorry."

Richard nodded. "Very well.Goodbye Livia.Forgive me but,I will never get over you.I'll think of you always."

He turned to Seferix. "I suppose you are going also?"

Seferix shrugged, not understanding the intimacy between the two. "No idea"

Livia swallowed hard as she clutched the baby closer to her.

Richard looked dejected.He sat down on a rock. "Well,I'm going to just...sit down."

Seferix nodded and lay back on the grass, waiting for him to regroup.

Don't turn around. Don't turn around. Don't turn around. Livia repeated over and over in her head, knowing that if she did stop and looked back, she wouldn't be able to bring herself to take another step further.

Richard looked at her back,wishing he could tell her to stay,he had already done so however and he was not sure if he could press the matter any further.

The infant in her arms began to cry and Livia stopped, trying to sooth the babe.

Seferix cringed. She really hated that sound. "Give the baby to Richard so he can shut him up please!"

Livia didn't respond.

((well it's not really training so to speak. Most people are just working in normal shops and stuff. It's just to get a taste of life after school. We're not really learning any skills or anytihng))

Richard let out a chuckle then gave Livia a wry smile. "I don't think the baby wants to leave our little group either"

"I believe he is just hungry." Livia said, trying to will herself to take another step forward.

"Are you sure?" Richard asked "Don't you see? It's a sign from the Gods!"

"I have lost all faith in the Gods." she said hatefully.
