I want to say it was called "Please don't forget who you really are" or something similar. I read it ages ago, in 06 or so. It was a cliche but really well written story about a group of friends growing apart through all the high school stuff.. I've been searching for days trying to find it, but as I no longer have my old account, I don't have it on a favorites list any more. I hope someone knows what I'm talking about! :)

I don't remember the main characters name, but there were two boys in the book that were both named Liam.
