I did it during the summer. I got my rest, got away from it all so to speak, had most of my re-exams done, and changed attitude. I had kept thinking I wasnt going to be an adequate lawyer, that I'd just make people lose their cases, money etc. but I thought about it, decided I could work in a not-too-populated area (not that high demands), that I actually dont HAVE to be as stuckup and pretentious as all the other lawyers (whats a world without weirdos? :o) and try, as hard as I might, find the course litterature interesting. :p worked okay so far *knocks on wood*

basically its just a change of attitude, but that's hard to do.

for some reason, I also thinking writing had a positive part in it all. like, i imagined myself, that even if I was a miserable lawyer, i could still write. was a comfort.

you gotta look at the underlying reasons (beacuse they might be plenty from lots of stuff building up) and trying to reason with those, figure out solutions etc.

if someone else got a better advice, please tell them, cuz I fail XD

Bubbles, this is an awesome advise to get your ** together that I found is helpful -

do you have any friends in the subjects you study? if so - tell them you guys should get together and study together, or solve questions together etc. VERY helpful. I recommend it. makes one feel ambitious too, so no guilt feelings afterwards XD
