Is that good or bad? I keep hearing about it on the radio that Libya's a "no-fly zone", but I've got no idea what on earth that means. And it mustn't mean no flying, 'cause I heard that they're sending British planes over there to fly around to keep it as a "no-fly zone"? This is all so confusing. :/

They are aiming to make sure the ruling regime's planes can't fly and bomb innocent civilians as the regime tries to take control of the country back from the rebels.

Ultimately, they're hoping that the ruling regime falls, but the first priority is safeguarding the innocent civilians.
