 Carus hows it so far? Depressing but interesting... and that sounds like great bedtime viewing, Karas... I always watch this kind of thing because I think it's important to not pretend that things like that never happen just because it makes me feel better. If that makes sense? Like that other documentary on iPlayer about the people with learning abilities that were abused in care. The blonde is Abbie Cornish - an Aussie actress who's probably best known for being in Limitless with Bradley Cooper, but also did a very sad/sweet film about heroine addiction with Heath Ledger. *puts film nerd hat on and goes to sit in the corner* 6/04/2011 #2,943 |
| improvisationallychallenged I always watch this kind of thing because I think it's important to not pretend that things like that never happen just because it makes me feel better. I wasn't saying you shouldn't watch it. I've been planning to watch that since I saw it on featured. Just not when I'm getting ready to fall asleep, because there's only one of two outcomes. 1. It will upset me, and I'll be unable to sleep. 2. I'll fall asleep during it, and wake up the next morning feeling vaguely disrespectful and emotionally unclean.
